Cable Assembly

All internal flagpoles with cable and winch require the proper length cable assembly. A swivel on the top inner portion of the overall assembly separates the complete cable assembly. The heavy-duty stainless steel swivel minimizes the effect of unraveling due to the rotation of the truck assembly and increases the cable life. Nylon cable stops protect the swivels and yokes from becoming caught in the truck and causing damage to the units. The stainless steel aircraft cable is 1/8″ thick. All of the connections are double crimped with heavy-duty copper crimps. All assemblies are designed for flagpoles with the interior cable winch at 5′ above grade. This cable assembly comes with a stainless steel thimble, 2 copper crimps and two ball cable stops for the upper cable, which must be threaded through the truck in the field. Flag snaps and flag arrangements are not included.
